Kimberly Gibson, better known as Kimmie Gee, is a professional dancer with a career that, since 2009, includes being one of Beyoncé’s “right hand dancers.”

TALLADEGA -- The H.Y.P.E. Movement and J.OV.A.N.I.: The Dance Factory, in partnership with Christ Deliverance Christian Center, are hosting the Formation Dance Workshop led by Kimmie Gee on Saturday, Nov. 18., according to a press release.

More than 100 dancers, ages 8-18, from Talladega, Leeds, Pell City, Tuscaloosa, Childersburg and Birmingham have been invited to participate in this invitation only event taking place at Christ Deliverance Christian Center in Talladega.

Kimberly Gibson, better known as Kimmie Gee, is a professional dancer with a career that, since 2009, includes being one of Beyoncé’s “right hand dancers.” When she is not touring with Beyoncé, Kimmie Gee is on the road with her movement, Kimmestry, using the gift of dance to inspire girls and women to dream big and follow their hearts, the release says.

In addition to taking a class led by Kimmie Gee, Formation Dance Workshop participants will take part in a Q&A session.

This will be the third community event co-produced by The H.Y.P.E. Movement and J.O.V.AN.I.: The Dance Factory in Talladega.
