TALLADEGA -- A demolition crew razes Rogers Hall on the campus of Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind’s Helen Keller School in Talladega. Helen Keller School provides functional-based instruction to sensory-impaired students with multiple disabilities and/or deaf-blindness. Rogers Hall, which contained classroom space, will be replaced with a new state-of-the-art elementary school for kindergarten through fifth grade, according to Jacque Cordle with AIDB marketing and community relations.
