TALLADEGA -- The Arc of North Talladega County held a drive-by Christmas parade for individuals served by the Burton Developmental Center in Talladega. In addition to the Arc, the Talladega Fire Department and Talladega Police Department participated, driving to several homes throughout Talladega with Santa Claus highlighting the visit.
