St. Clair County Schools Superintendent Jenny Seals said Moody High School went into a soft lockdown today due to a medical emergency of a student.
“First responders were called as a precautionary measure, but at no time was any student in any danger,” she said. “Due to the close proximity of Moody Junior High School, they, too, went into their soft lockdown protocol.”
Seals did not go into details about the medical emergency, but did say that the two schools were on soft lockdown for only about five minutes.
