Prep basketball roundup: Faith Christian girls knock off Wellborn

Faith Christian took down Wellborn 59-42 on Friday night as Sydnee Johnson had 17 points.

Itiana Weatherly scored 34 to pace Wellborn.

Coosa Christian 68, Jacksonville Christian 43: At Gadsden, the Thunder couldn’t overcome Coosa Christian’s size advantage and fell to 6-3 on the season. JCA will try to get back into the win column Tuesday when Spring Garden comes calling.
