This is the third re-match of the Crimson Tide’s SEC season — and all three were against teams it beat in the first game. … The Crimson Tide has won five straight games against Associated Press Top 25 teams. … Alabama held Auburn to just 71 points in the first matchup, still the Tigers’ lowest offensive output of the season. … Alabama’s 10 Quadrant 1 and 2 wins are tied for the fourth-most in the SEC. The Tide’s six Quadrant 1 wins are third-most in the conference. …. After Anfernee McLemore’s injury, Auburn is down to eight scholarship players. AUBURN NOTEWORTHY: The Auburn football team will be presented  the Foy-ODK Sportsmanship Trophy at halftime of the game, celebrating its Iron Bowl win this past fall. … Auburn has won four of its last five duels against Alabama at home, dating back to 2013. In those games, the Tigers have outscored the Tide by an average of 11.6 points a game, including two victories by 19 or more points. … Auburn forward Chuma Okeke has 13 games with at least 10 points, including seven in SEC.
