When we discuss the so-called “Dreamers,” are we talking about people who have grown up here, gone to school and held jobs here in the United States, hopefully have their own health insurance, paid for their college education and supported themselves?

If so, why have they not gone through the citizenship process? If all of this is so, they should be moved to the front of the line. They are educated in American schools and it should make it easier.

However, the citizenship process has been one that immigrants, from all over the world, have had to study and spend long hours learning about our history, our laws, our government, our language and culture in order to become legalized citizens of this country. It is an honor, please keep it that way.
