• David Brockman Kimberly, 60, of Jacksonville: first-degree possession of marijuana.

• Linda Diane Hawkins, 62, of Piedmont: possession or receiving a controlled substance.

• Thomas blake Trotter, 32, of Piedmont: unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance.

• Justin eric Gay, 22, of Talladega: unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance.

• Bryan Scott Jones, 30, of Alexandria: unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance.
