Government and Talladega Super Speedway officials announced a $50 million infield transformation project to coincide with the track’s 50th anniversary next year.
The project includes a new garage/fanzine experience, a 35,000-square-foot open air club, WiFi, new concession stands, restrooms, guest services and first aid.
The project also encompasses 300 new RV spaces, a revamped victory lane and a new two-lane tunnel under Turn 3 that will allow 24-hour entry/exit for the first time.
