Anthony Cook and Ryan Limbaugh have been friends for more than two decades. They first met playing lunchtime basketball games at the downtown Anniston YMCA. Years later, they both become preachers. Cook is now pastor of the majority black Christian Fellowship Bible Church in Anniston. Limbaugh is former pastor of the majority white Redeemer Church Oxford, and currently director of the Cheaha Valley Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

The two sat down together last week for a Facebook Live discussion in the wake of the killing of George Floyd while in police custody and the national protests that have followed. What follows are the highlights of the conversation, condensed for length and edited for clarity.
