Congrats ... Kinley Taylor Higgins

 Kinley Taylor Higgins earned the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 216 of Trussville. 

On January 28, Kinley Taylor Higgins earned the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 216 of Trussville. Kinley is the son of Trace and Ann Higgins of Odenville and a student at St. Clair County High School. After receiving his Arrow of Light in Cub Scouting with Pack 121, Kinley crossed over into Boy Scouts earning 32 merit badges and holding numerous leadership positions including Quartermaster, Librarian and Historian. Kinley was also elected to the Order of the Arrow. For his Eagle project, Kinley refurbished and beautified the Odenville Park Pavilion by cleaning and staining the wood siding, painting the picnic tables, and improving the landscape. Kinley has a deep love of music and is an active member of the Junior Army ROTC.
