Phillip Tutor: These three schools thrived after storms

Ten years ago, Union University nearly perished. Its campus became a debris field, dorms reduced to piles of wood and tattered shingles, cars overturned, trees twisted into submission. Many of its students were homeless. First responders radioed back instructions: bring us 100 body bags, they said, because there had to be dozens of dead students in the rubble.
