Brother George opened to Gen 14:8-24, “Faith without Integrity is Dead”. We see Abraham hearing of his nephew Lot being taken captive by a king and knew he was going into war but knew he had to go in a Godly way. He knew he had have integrity and he acted when called upon. Through prayer first, he was victorious. Do you use prayer before battles?
We learn must have integrity in our worship also. Abram met king Melcheizedek who was forerunner before Christ, of God’s ways, priest of the most high God, and he worship with him God’s glory. You see God allows us to have all we have, thus we are to honor Him daily. Finally, we see Abram also had integrity in his wealth. The kings wanted to reward him with gold but he chose his people only. He left the sin of greed alone. In end, God rewarded him more. Are you ready to be rewarded also?

“The Family Of God,” Psalm78:1-7, Matthew 12:46-50, Roman’s 9:6-8, Ephesians 2:11-18 was today’s Adult Sunday School Lesson. “ For whosoever shall do the a will of my Father which is in Heaven, the same is my brother , and sister, and mother.”(Matthew 12:50) Jesus words were strange to the people, in their world extended family meant everything. To lose family was the most serious loss one could have. Just think : how much this shows God and Jesus Love for us that He would call us His brothers , sister’s and mother . We have a responsibility to pass on God’s Word so children can see their hope in God and keep His commandments.
In our morning service Sister Joyce and Brother Clarence both sang . The Holy Ghost invited all who were labored and heavy laden to come and find rest for their souls.
Brother Ronnie’s message tonight was “Convictions or Preference,” Daniel 3:1-7. Meshach , Shadrach and Abendnego were three young men who would not make an excuse for even one time . They were thrown into fiery furnace for not bowing to King Nebuchadnezzar’s golden image . The king and his men saw four men walking in the fire the form of the fourth was like the Son Of God . Daniel 3:28-29 Nebuchadnezzar Blessed God and said “ No other God can deliver after this sort !”
