CHURCH NEWS

Mount Olive Church of God

Our Adult Sunday School lesson today was “Amaziah and Uzziah : The Foolish, “ 2 Chronicles 25:1-26:23. Pride is a condition of the heart that causes many disagreements and divisions . If we are to receive the blessings God’s Word promises we must hear, believe and obey the Word Of God ! Proverbs 1:23-33 tells us the consequences of not listening to God’s warnings !

Brother Ronnie’s message this morning was “Spiritual Dry Spell or Drought ,” from Psalm 42:1-11. At one time or another in our lives we all experience a dry spell or drought . Sometimes their is sin in our lives, we are out of His will and He desires to Love us back to repentance. Other times it’s His perfect will so we can grow , we grow more in bad times than in good times . God wants us to want Him more than anything else , more than food, “as the hart panteth after the water brooks .”

Brother Levi opened our services tonight he asked us all to promise each other we will Love, have Peace ,Bind Together , dwell in Unity so we will be One in Love then we can see Miracles and Souls Saved !

Brother Ronnie’s message tonight was from Matthew 10:5-8, Freely ye have received, Freely Give.” We have to lift up Jesus , it is our responsibility to tell others they need to be saved . Let’s seek God, work together , go out and give the world what we’ve received !

May God Richly Bless Your New Year !!

Brother Ronnie’s number is (256)-201-9444.
