HEFLIN — More than 25 people gathered at an odd, box-shaped container nestled between Ross Street and the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks on the edge of downtown Heflin on Friday morning.

The event was a ribbon-cutting for a 160-square-foot “small box shop” business incubator which has been open since Thanksgiving selling goods and wares exclusive to Cleburne County.
