NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kyle R. Benson, a married man, to SouthFirst Bank on the 6th day of April 2010, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Calhoun County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 4579 at Page 262, and said default continuing to this date, notice is hereby given by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in The Anniston Star, a newspaper published in the County where the lands referred to herein are situated, the undersigned, SouthFirst Bank, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Calhoun County Courthouse, in the City of Anniston, Calhoun County, Alabama, on the 11th day of June, 2018, at 12:00 O'Clock, Noon, the following described real estate, situated in Calhoun County, Alabama, to-wit: LOT NUMBER 6 IN BLOCK 264, FRONTING 52 1/2 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF MCKELROY AVENUE AND RUNNING BACK OF EVEN WIDTH 140 FEET AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OF ANNISTON CITY LAND COMPANY IN ANNISTON, ALABAMA. THIS IS NOT THE HOMESTEAD OF THE MORTGAGOR OR HIS SPOUSE. This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure. Mark D.
