NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF Alabama COUNTY OF CALHOUN Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Miles Palmore And Wife Kathy Palmore to CitiFinancial Corporation, LLC dated April 19, 2007; said mortgage being recorded on April 20, 2007, in Book 4430, Page 331 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Calhoun County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee of CVF III Mortgage Loan Trust II by assignment recorded in Deed Book 4961, Page 346 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Calhoun County, Alabama.
