Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Purchase Money Mortgage from B. George Turley and Melanie B. Turley, as Mortgagor, to James C. Dingler and Brenda G. Dingler, as Mortgagee, on September 13, 2002, said Mortgage being recorded in the Probate Office of Calhoun County, Alabama, in Mort Book 4114, Page 38, and Mortgagee, due to such default having declared the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage due and payable and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Calhoun County Courthouse in Anniston, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on March 1, 2018, the following real estate: Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, as shown on the plat or map of John H. Miller Subdivision recorded in Plat Book E, Page 89, in the Probate Office of Calhoun County, Alabama.
