MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by those certain Mortgages executed on December 7, 2010, and May 4, 2011, by DAVE S. DAVIS, a single man, to METRO BANK, said Mortgages being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Cleburne County, Alabama, in Book 2010, Page 4263, and in Book 2011, Page 1544; and METRO BANK, Mortgagee, by reason of such default having declared all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgages due and payable and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgages will sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, at the main entrance of the Cleburne County Courthouse, Heflin, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on October 3, 2019, the following described real estate: A parcel of land located in the SW � of the SE � of Section 28 and in the NW � of Section 33, all in Township 15 South, Range 12 East; said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the 1 inch pipe accepted as being the Northwest corner of said SW � of SE �; thence Due East along the North line of said quarter-quarter 424.0 ft. to the true point of beginning of the hereafter described parcel; thence Due South 310.00 ft.; thence Due East 140.50 ft.; thence Due North 310.00 ft. to the North line of said quarter-quarter; thence Due West along said North line 140.50 ft. to the true point of beginning. Containing 1.00 acres, more or less; subject to any easement assigned to the utility crossing said parcel and/or a 30 ft. easement as hereinafter described.
