MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jarrell C. Jones, a married man and wife, Barbara J.H. Jones, originally in favor of Live Well Financial, Inc., on the 12th day of December, 2007, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Calhoun County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 4480, Page 901; the undersigned Federal National Mortgage Association, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Anniston, Calhoun County, Alabama, on November 21, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Calhoun County, Alabama, to-wit: A parcel of land in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 13 South Range 10 East of the Huntsville Meridian; more particularly described as: Commence at the Southwest corner of said 1/4-1/4 section; thence North 01 degrees 01 minutes West along the West line of the said 1/4-1/4 section a distance of 616 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning of said parcel; thence South 83 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 418.63 feet to a point; thence North 01 degrees 01 minutes West a distance of 420 feet to a point; thence North 83 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 418.63 feet to a point on the West line of said 1/4-1/4 section; thence South 01 degrees 01 minutes East a distance of 420 feet to the Point of Beginning. Also a 30 feet wide access easement described as, beginning at the Northwest corner of the above described parcel; thence Northerly along the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 11, Township 13 South, Range 10 East a distance of 1993.7 feet more or less to the center of Bethel Church Road; thence Easterly along the center of said road a distance of 30 feet to a point; thence Southerly parallel to the West line of the said Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said section and 39 feet East of the said West line a distance of 1993.7 feet more or less to the North line of the above described parcel; thence North 83 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds West along the North line of the above described parcel a distance of 30 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
