IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF CLEBURNE COUNTY, ALABAMA IN THE MATTER OF MAKAYLA BEVERLY GILBERT CASE NO. JU 2017-33.02 ORDER This matter having come before the court upon a Motion for Service by Publication heretofore filed by the Department of Human Resources, along with an accompanying Affidavit, and having considered the same, the Court is of the opinion that said motion is due to be and the same is hereby GRANTED. The Department if Human Resources shall cause notice of the Petition to Terminate Parental Rights to be served on the Mother, Teisha Nicole Barfield, also known as Teisha Nicole Gilbert, in a newspaper of general circulation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
