Summer in the South NEXT | START OVER | PREVIOUS
Blooms on an Angel Trumpet bush. This is one of the Brugmansias, but I don't know the species. The flowers open white and turn pink the second or third day. The color deepens until finally the flower withers. Brugmansias are closely related to Daturas (Moonflowers), but grow upright rather than in mounds, and the flowers hang down rather than pointing up.
