Autumn In The Air NEXT | START OVER | PREVIOUS
I started these less than a year ago from cuttings. The plant is Tithonia diversifolia, a giant Mexican Sunflower. I first saw it at Florida House, where it was attracting swarms of bees and butterflies. These are 15 or 20 feet tall and started blooming in late October. I started three of them and I could see 19 blooms on them when this picture was made. They will bloom until killed by trost and come back again next year.
