14. Circulation
The Circulation department occupies the eastern end of the Production center, on both the upper and lower floors. Terrena Anderson puts both hands and an ear into the job of customer service. Sometimes it takes both ears, too. For the past two months, she's been fielding calls about Web subscriptions in addition to the usual newspaper orders.
