5. Advertising
You'll notice a hum as you walk into the Advertising department. This place is always busy. It is where all the ads in The Star get their start, from the briefest classifieds to full-page, full-color displays. In this department, not only is the advertising space sold to clients; the ads are also designed, built and arranged on the pages right here. Vice President for Operations Ed Fowler, left, Advertising Director Ken Warren and Advertising Manager Trisha Flint appear to enjoy their work. Brenda Peoples makes sure that visitors to the Advertising department enjoy their time there as well.
