High school students at Faith Christian School recently held their annual Science Circus for children in its elementary school. Based on the educational concept of peer tutoring, the activity is designed to instill excitement for science.

Twenty-three stations were set up in the science wing of Faith Christian School, the younger children in grades kindergarten through sixth grade moved from station to station. Experiments were conducted in the fields of anatomy, biology, chemistry, physical science and physics. Demonstrations included scientific techniques used to clean chemical spills, the diffusion of gasses, the use of electrical conductors and insulators, environmental projects using student assembled robots, the creation of holographic images, the functional use of lazars and many other topics in science and technology.
