Battelle recently held its second annual charity golf tournament for United Cerebral Palsy at Cane Creek Golf Course. More than $4,000 was raised to benefit children and adults in the community who receive therapeutic services and participate in the programs offered by UCP. Isaac Billups, above, is a past poster child for the annual UCP Telethon. Winners of the tournament included Ott Chandler and Marcus Harrell, and the grand prize was entry into the Sunny King Classic. The UCP telethon for this year will be Aug. 7-8 at the Anniston City Meeting Center.
