The winners were awarded certificates, ribbons and a presidential dollar with the first-place winner, Ozioma Ozor-ilo, receiving a grand prize of $10. Ozor-ilo's paper also competed against the first-place winner, Torri Morgan, of Cleburne County, above, where she won first place again.
