After attending the January 23rd Tchaikovksy Gala performance of the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra, area high school students competed in an essay contest, "What I Saw, What I Heard and What I Learned from the Tchaikovsky Gala Experience."

The Jacksonville State University English Department judged their writing submissions.
