John Paul Fletcher, 40, of Anniston: second-degree theft of property.

Terrance McArthur Taylor, 36, of Anniston: shooting into an unoccupied vehicle.

Devarderick Devon Latham, 18, of Anniston: obstructing justice by using a false I.D., first-degree receiving stolen property.

Brandon Gipson, 22, of Anniston: second-degree assault.

Matthew Deshane Allen, 21, of Oxford: second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Kenneth Perry, 43, of Weaver: second-degree theft of property.

Donald Richardson, 32, of Eastaboga: two counts unlawful breaking and entering vehicle.

Dexter Leon Spinks, 42, of Anniston: two counts unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle.

Gerald Durant Graham, 40, of Eastaboga: first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance.

Paula Cooper Smith, 44, of Oxford: unlawful manufacture/possession of a controlled substance.

James William Wilson, 28, of Piedmont: possession of a controlled substance.

Jennifer Lee James, 23, of Delta: possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Alexander McGrew, 28, of Anniston: unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance.

Ricky Lee Ginn, 55, of Anniston: first-degree attempted arson.

Ingrid Tolbert Robinson, 29, of Jacksonville: second-degree escape from penal facility.

Gregory Lynn Robinson Jr., 28, of Anniston: second-degree escape.
