The event was hosted by their children.
Their children include Lynn Griffin of Oxford; Lisa Griffin Sosebee and her husband, John, of Anniston.
Mr. Griffin retired from A&P and Mrs. Griffin worked in childcare for many years.
Their grand-dogs include Winnie, Corky and Yogi.
The couple was married Nov. 29, 1959, in Oxford.
