TALLADEGA — First order of business for Lance McGrew seems to be restoring the confidence of NASCAR's most popular driver. On Friday, team owner Rick Hendrick removed the "interim" tag from McGrew's title, officially making McGrew the crew chief for Dale Earnhardt Jr. for 2010. [slideshow]
