The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Larry and Linda Morris of Weaver and Sid and Ellen Simpson of Weaver.
Miss Fair is a graduate of Weaver High School and Jacksonville State University and attends Jones School of Law in Montgomery. She is employed by the Governor's Office of Faith Based & Community Initiatives.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Blanche and Edison White, formerly of Bay Minette, and Eleanor Taylor of Florence and the late Emmett Taylor.
Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Amarillo High School, the University of Alabama, and the University of Texas School of Law. He is employed by the Governor of Alabama as policy director.
The wedding will be Nov. 14 at Children's Harbor Chapel in Alexander City.
