CDP reaches milestone: Facility has trained 500,000 first responders

He doesn't do it for recognition, but that's exactly what Sgt. Ralph Thompson got Friday morning. Thompson, of the Washington D.C. Fire Department, this week became the 500,000th first responder trained by the Center for Domestic Preparedness.
