TUSCALOOSA — For seven days, the talk of Alabama's newfound acceptance of something new dominated the news cycle. Nearly every newspaper covering the Crimson Tide, including this one, wrote in detail about Nick Saban's sudden embrace of the Wildcat offense after rolling it out on the first offensive play of the season. All indications pointed to further experimentation Saturday against Florida International.
