The Maj. Gen. Patrick R. Cleburne Chapter of the UDC recently welcomed four new members. Kathy Capps of Talladega on her ancestor William Joseph Bell; Robin Jennings of Oxford on her ancestor Simeon F. Haynes; Bonna Newman of Anniston on her ancestor James Henry Taylor and Jennifer Lewis of Lineville on her ancestor Johnathon Moncrief. The chapter met at the Classic on Noble for lunch and a program by Ms. Nancy Dupree, archivist with the Alabama Department of Archives. Attendees at the meeting included standing left to right, Pat Killian, Jennifer Lewis of Clay County and Bonna Newman of Anniston; seated left to right, Cathy Capps of Talladega and Robin Jennings of Eastaboga.
