The Center for Domestic Preparedness Employee Association presented a $500 donation Dec. 12 to the Piedmont Benevolence Center.
The CDP Employee Association has donated more than $34,000 in less than three years in support of local charities. The association primarily contributes to non-profit organizations that support veterans, children and Animals within Calhoun County. The CDPEA is currently collecting toys and food in support of needy families during the Christmas season.
