No one was injured in a one-vehicle wreck on Glade Road in Anniston this morning.

Rick Sensenbach, Anniston fire assistant chief, said firefighters received a call at 9:22 a.m. that a van was on its side at 551 Glade Road East. Sensenbach said the van hit a utility pole.

Though the assistant chief said the pole was “snapped in two,” the wreck did not cause a power outage.

Sensenbach said two people were in the van, but neither required medical treatment.
