It would be easy — sophomoric, even — to point at Florida Gulf Coast University’s berth in the NCAA Tournament’s Sweet 16 and, kindly, ask Jacksonville State a question:

When is it your turn?

OK, sure, that’s not fair. This upstart Florida school (started just 16 years ago) is riding a wave of success that’s impossible to describe. Call it what it is: Unbelievable — and fun to watch.

And JSU, well, the Gamecocks’ men’s team, which was improved this season, has yet to earn its first NCAA Tournament appearance, much less its first tournament win.

When is it your turn, JSU?
