I, for one, enjoy eating out on Sunday without having to smell alcohol at the next table. There are six days to drink beer and other alcoholic beverages. The mighty dollar is what it’s all about. Let us keep the Lord’s Day holy for those who claim the blood of Jesus Christ for eternal life. The devil’s crowd can go one day eating out without alcohol, or they can eat at home.
These are the same people who oppose smoking in public businesses. I encourage all local pastors to have their congregations speak out against this bill. It’s time for the redeemed to say so. Let the Chambers of Commerce hear your voice, since I know they read The Star. They need to lay off these men for standing against Satan.
