The victim told police she was raped at 2:44 a.m. on the 1700 block of Pine Avenue, Anniston police Sgt. Chris Sparks said.
The woman was taken to Regional Medical Center for treatment, the sergeant said.
Sparks said he could not disclose any more information on the incident because it was still under investigation.
A suspect is likely to be charged with second-degree rape, a felony, according to a police report.
