Chances are you are miles away, and when you’re ready to eat your meal you find something is missing. Other times you wonder why one day the combo is $6.50 and the next time it is $2 more for the same order. Too many times to count my hamburger and fries were not warm. It’s no fun to sink your teeth into a cold hamburger. You have a milkshake but no spoon or a drink without a straw. Talk about “stress in the bag.”
Fast food restaurants in many areas are stamped with a bad reputation for disrespecting customers and abusing their foods. Those employees need to leave their anger at home, do their job and remember the customer is king.
Let’s hope your next fries won’t be blanketed with salt, even though you ordered, “No salt, please.”
