Astounding! The self-proclaimed attorney for the defenseless among its subscribers actually spoke up against illegal immigrants. Ever so briefly, the writers may have realized who the “defenseless” are — and those who break our laws by entering our country like thieves in the night don’t qualify for the title “defenseless.”
Still, The Star had to poke the state that is trying to do something to alleviate the enormous burden placed on the taxpayers by illegal immigrants. All are criminals by definition. It’s time for The Star to pay attention to those who threaten the well-being and safety of citizens of our country and have a little empathy for the real victims of illegal immigration — the citizens of our country. Every non-citizen should be deported, immediately.
