Mother’s Hands, sponsored by the Calhoun County Homemakers and Leaders organization, is a group of ladies who volunteer their time, effort and energy each month to sew for breast cancer victims. The Mother’s Hands volunteers were available at the event to provide information on upcoming events and to display some of their many creations of turbans, hats, breast cushion pillows, robes and more that are donated to local hospitals.
