According to Sgt. Josh Doggrell, shots were fired by two people who were angry at one another.
“No one reported any injuries to police,” Doggrell said.
The shooting was reported by several people, no one claims to know either shooter, police said.
The gunfire caused $500 in damage to a window in the apartment complex. A red Chevrolet vehicle parked at the scene also sustained $600 in damage to the windshield.
According to police reports, two .40-caliber casings and seven 9 mm casings were found at the scene.
The shooting is still under investigation.
The suspects will likely face felony charges if caught, said Doggrell.
