Wal-Mart officials say the second myth is no myth — they’ll break ground when the time’s right. That’s kind of like the husband who tells his wife he’ll get around to cutting the grass when he has time.

In the meantime, we wonder if Wal-Mart will let Oxford use the Sam’s Club land for a while. Maybe put a few ball fields on it, since the others aren’t ready.
