Debbie Hess, candidate for the Calhoun County Board of Education, will serve with the best interests of our children and their educational needs. She is a leader who will be accessible, will listen and be an effective advocate for education in our county.

Debbie has both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in education (Jacksonville State University). Her years of experience as a teacher, as well as years of public service on school and community committees and organizations, will enable her to be a valuable member of our school board. In addition to her professional experience, Debbie is a woman of integrity and will be committed and fully engaged in this extremely important role of leadership. She knows how to work with people and will always listen and work with her fellow board members in making the decisions that impact our children and teachers.
