How bad is Alabama’s image?

The Anniston Star reported that Alabamians again will have the opportunity to remove the embarrassing segregationist language from the state’s 1901 Constitution that it claims prevents foreign interests in locating in our state.

After the presidents and prime ministers of Japan, Germany, Great Britain and France announced this year that multiculturism in their countries had failed, and Mercedes, Honda, Thyssen Krupp, BAE and Hyundai, to name a few, have all built plants in our state, I wonder just how bad our image really is? They all had a choice, and they chose Alabama, not Detroit.
