I have been an Anniston Star subscriber for more than 40 years. I am in my 80s, and reading the news daily is the way I start my day. I absolutely agree with Speak Out writer Kathy Warman when she wrote about the Escapes section in the paper. The print of the TV listings is now so small, I can’t even read it if I use a magnifying glass. I’m so disgusted with the situation, I’m even thinking of canceling my subscription.
I’m sure there are lots more readers that feel as I do. I truly hope it will be considered to bring Escapes back. I also enjoy columnist George Smith.
