The Opelika-Auburn News reports (http://bit.ly/PRE7xz) that Dakota Mosley and former teammates Michael McNeil and Shaun Kitchens were most recently scheduled for trial during the criminal term scheduled to begin Monday.
The three face robbery, burglary and theft of property charges after prosecutors said they participated in an armed robbery of an Auburn mobile home in March 2011.
Co-defendant Antonio Goodwin was sentenced to 15 years in prison after being convicted of robbery in April.
Kitchens attorney, Todd Crutchfield, said the attorneys were still awaiting independent test results of evidence in the case.
